As debates around AI shift from capability to consequence, new questions emerge around inclusion, coherence and the lived experience of technological systems. These are the questions RIZOM will bring into the discussion in London on 21 May 2026.

RIZOM will contribute to the Franco-British AI Trust & Inclusion Forum at the French Ambassador’s Residence in London, convened with Aston University's Cyber Security Innovation Centre and the Franco-British Data Society.

The discussions will focus on a question becoming increasingly structural across institutions and organisations alike: how do we build AI systems and policies that are not only performant, but trusted, inclusive and socially legible?

RIZOM will bring its perspective from the field, working at the intersection of symbolic systems, leadership (including career invariants, particularly in supporting women navigating mid-career transitions and challenges), lived experience, collective sense-making and organisational resilience. It will place a particular focus on how trust forms, how narratives stabilise, and how human agency can remain intact within AI-mediated environments.
