RIZOM

Our History
RIZOM emerged from a shared initiative between The Cornelius Arts Foundation (TCAF) and Ginkgo lab.'s philanthropic R&D programme to measure the impact of arts and nature on children’s mental wellbeing.
What began as a tool to track these effects evolved into a broader platform rooted in meaning-making and interpretation. The first prototype was tested during the ChangeNOW Summit 2025 in Paris.
What Drives Us
We are driven by the ambition to build the first digital AI infrastructure grounded in meaning, designed to generate value without extracting it.
At a time when most systems are built to optimise attention, prediction, or performance, often by depleting human and social resources, RIZOM starts from a different premise:
consciousness of meaning is foundational.
Inspired by the principle Conscio ergo sum – to know meaning is to be – RIZOM is built to help individuals and organisations reclaim agency, orientation, and coherence in an AI-shaped world.
By making lived signals legible and shareable, RIZOM enables personal insight to become collective capability, supporting regenerative decision-making, trusted systems, and long-term value creation.

Our Core Team
We look for integrity, emotional intelligence, creativity, curiosity, singularity, and a genuine spirit of collaboration.
What brings us together is a shared conviction:
inner clarity is not private or self-contained - it is generative. When cultivated, it becomes a source of collective intelligence and a foundation for systems that can hold both people and change.
We combine strategic thinking with a poetic sensibility, let inner clarity inform how systems are conceived and designed, and build technologies and methods that serve human and organisational transformation.
