Marianne Magnin, co-founder and CEO of RIZOM, published an op-ed in Hello Masters, a media platform dedicated to senior executives.



Entitled “Deep Leadership: The Strategic Competence Leaders Are Missing”, the article addresses a central challenge facing contemporary organisations: the ability to maintain coherence in environments shaped by uncertainty, technological acceleration, and fragmented decision-making.


It argues that sustainable performance depends less on speed of execution than on the solidity of the frame within which decisions acquire meaning.
